Is this a food subscription?

No. It is an annual pass that gives you expert support and discounts. You choose what and when to buy.

Is pet food included?

No. Pet food and other products are billed separately.

How does auto-ship work?

We send a reminder before each scheduled shipment. You confirm before we prepare and deliver.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is charged at courier rates. Only the Tick & Flea Preventives Subscription includes free delivery.

Can I cancel auto-ship?

Yes. You can change, skip, or stop anytime.

Is the Vetted PASS refundable?

No. The Vetted PASS is a yearly service access and is non-refundable.

Why is the price based on weight?

Tick & flea preventive medications are dosed according to your pet’s body weight. Larger pets require stronger formulations.

Is pet food included?

No. The Tick & Flea Preventives Subscription covers parasite protection only.

Do I choose the brand?

Our veterinarian selects the appropriate preventive(s) for safety and effectiveness. If given multiple options, you may purchase the products you prefer.

Can I take this subscription without the Vetted PASS?

Yes. The Vetted PASS is not required to subscribe.

Do I get reminders?

  • Subscribers: SMS + email
  • Vetted PASS Holders: Email + basic SMS
  • Non-PASS Shoppers: Email reminders only

What if my pet reacts to the medication?

Subscribers receive follow-up guidance from our veterinarian.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You may pause anytime before your next billing cycle.
