SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to:

• Laguna
• Metro Manila
• Cavite

Additional areas may be added over time.

2. Delivery Fees

• Shipping is charged at courier rates.
• Auto-delivery orders are prioritized and bundled when possible.

3. Delivery Schedule

Orders are dispatched within:

• 1–3 business days for Laguna
• 2–5 business days for Metro Manila

Delays may occur due to:

• Weather
• Courier issues
• High-volume seasons
• Holidays

4. Subscription Deliveries

Food and Tick & Flea Subscriptions ship on your selected schedule.
Missed payments may delay delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you:

• Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made
• Failed attempts will require rebooking with an additional delivery fee

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery.
We will coordinate with the courier for resolution and resend or offer store credit once confirmed.
