VETTED PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Vetted PASS is valid for one (1) year from purchase.
2. The pass includes one (1) initial diet consultation and one (1) follow-up consultation.
3. A 10% discount applies to product purchases only.
4. Shipping fees are excluded from discounts.
5. Products are not included in the pass fees.
6. Auto-ship orders require customer confirmation before fulfillment.
7. Vetter Products may update inclusions without prior notice.
TICK & FLEA MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Subscription Coverage
The Tick & Flea Subscription covers:
- Monthly tick & flea preventive
- Vet-selected product based on weight & medical profile
- Monthly reminders
- Delivery (FREE for Subscribers, paid for others)
- Vet follow-up for adverse reactions (Subscribers only)
2. FREE delivery is included.
3. Dosing is based on customer-provided pet information.
Medication brand and type are chosen by our veterinarian based on customer-provided information:
- Weight
- Age
- Medical history
- Allergies
- Past reactions
- Lifestyle and exposure
Customers cannot choose the brand.
4. Customers must update pet details if changes occur.
5. Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly based on weight class. Fees must be paid before medication is dispatched.
6. Adverse Reactions
If your pet shows any reaction:
- Subscribers may consult with our veterinarian
- Members and Non-Members receive basic guidance
Medication must be discontinued until reviewed.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Pause or cancel before the next billing cycle.
Medication already dispatched cannot be refunded.
8. Limitations
The subscription cannot diagnose, treat, or cure underlying disease.
Pets with seizure disorders or severe allergies may require vet clearance.
